Seaworld Gold Coast QLD

My favourite theme park was Seaworld. The dolphins and the Polar Bears were amazing, as were the Jet ski stunt shows and all the animals!! The kids loved the roller coaster and I lost count as to how many times they rode it!! Amy loved touching the rays and they seemed to love it too! A wonderful time here at the Gold Coast.

Jake and Amy go to GC Compound - an indoor skate park with a foam pit. They have the time of their lives!!

Then we catch up with Steve Carter who rides his motorbike over an hour away to visit with us and go out for pizza!!! MMM

Movie World

We loved Movie World. My favourite was the Stunt Driver Show - the kids favourite ride was the Superman Roller Coaster! Great day.

Wet and Wild GOLD COAST THEME PARKS QLD

Our first park is Wet n Wild. Its a beautiful, warm sunny Sunday and EVERYONE is here. Long line ups...waiting ....waiting.... want to get WET!!
They did eventually get wet and wild! What an amazing start to a week of theme parks.

Tim's 42nd Birthday was a beautiful day to fly his new kite (almost enough wind), eat chocolate mud cake, and eat tiger prawns and oysters and Morton Bay Bug. Young Sam say's the Chocolate cake was 'best, best"!! He really enjoyed it as you can see! He is also wearing his new Super Dad shirt that Jake bought for him too.

Brisbane

We enjoy at day out in Brisbane. I got a DJ's "make over", we shopped till we dropped and went to the Art Gallery - once again to be followed closely by security guards. We were very careful trying not to touch the artwork!

We are sad to leave our new friends The Walker family in Blackall. We head to Charleville and visit the Bilby enclosure. Amy has been treated to a new cowgirl hat - in Pink of course. And Lauren is posing with some of the "artworks" in Brisbane.
