Lauren shares her birthday with the event of Cyclone Carlos! We are hauled up inside staying dry and trying to have a fun day.The Pinata cake was made for her birthday party at the wave pool on Saturday. This was a very interesting cake to make - particularily in the tropics! Chocolate melts and sweats so quickly here. But as the photos above show - it all worked out well in the end!
